Your Bill & Receiving Your Aid
Summer Quarter Billing
The Office of Student BillingÌýis responsible for billing and will assess charges to your student account such as tuition, fees, housing, and meal plans. Bills are sent on a monthly basis.
For the summer quarter:
- Initial bills will be sent on ´³³Ü²Ô±ðÌý1²õ³Ù.
- The due date for that bill is June 22nd.
The initial bill listsÌýtuition, fees, housing (if living on campus), any other charges you have for the summer quarter, and your authorized financial aid. In order for aid to be "authorized" and appear on your bill, it must beÌýacceptedÌýand all requirements completed.ÌýCheck your Financial Aid Checklist on your —any item with an open circle icon next to it requires additional action, and the type of aid associated with that requirement will not appear as a credit on your bill until that item is satisfied.

Financial Aid Refunds
If your financial aid is more than the total of your charges, you may be eligible for a refund to pay other non-billable expenses. Refunds are typically generated by the Office of Student Billing 2-3 business days after disbursement. We recommend setting up direct deposit in order to expedite the receipt of your refund.

A note about Parent PLUS loans:
If your parent borrowed a Parent PLUS loan, any refund owed will be sent directly to the parent via mailed check. However, if the student's financial aid (without the PLUS loan) is greater than the bill, those excess funds will first be refunded directly to the student. The additional PLUS loan amount will be refunded to the parent unless otherwise requested.
If you wish to have the refund from a Parent PLUS loan sent to the student instead of the parent, please contact our office to make that request.
